Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, analyzing data, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Support:
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  2. Data Analysis:
    • Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaigns.
  3. Event Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, or product launches.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue bookings, attendee lists, and promotional materials.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Manage the inventory of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
    • Handle incoming inquiries related to marketing activities.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
