As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to develop and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will leverage your expertise to drive impactful marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customized marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into technical requirements. Develop and maintain email templates, CloudPages, automations, and data extensions. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms. Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media. Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS). Monitor and optimize email deliverability, engagement metrics, and overall campaign performance. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Provide training and support to clients on best practices and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API development. Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios (Email, Mobile, Web, Advertising, and Journey Builder). Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds, non-Salesforce CRM systems, and third-party applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $96,000-177,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Sr. Consultant role is $110,000-$203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
