Schedule: Full-time. Hybrid, Day shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization including the marketing budget, and ensure adherence to budgets over time
  • Develop and conduct market opportunity analysis including environmental, competitor, customer, industry & dynamic and strategic change
  • Manage internal and external brand awareness, including print and online materials
  • Manage external vendors and vendor relationships which may assist in marketing efforts
  • Develop business case deliverables for executive-level presentations to achieve buy-in for strategic recommendations
  • Be a dynamic presenter who can tailor to meet needs of a particular audience, including executive leadership, external partners, and physicians
  • Develop, measure and report on key success metrics for the marketing initiatives, holding team accountable to KPI as appropriate
  • Communicate strategies, establish policy guidelines, and effectively build relationships with partners
  • Identify resources that maximize internal and external communications
  • Oversight of strategy for patient growth in partnership with Operations
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and brand integrity
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business development, communications, business or related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a manager or director role within healthcare communication and/or a marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field (required) and orthopedics (preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance standards preferred
  • Knowledge of dynamics and best practices for improving patient acquisition
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media advertising platforms, with an eye for design
  • Knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities
