Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced director of marketing to lead our companywide marketing efforts. This role involves managing social media campaigns, email marketing, conversion funnels, digital ads, planning for in person events like trade shows and conferences, and other typical marketing tasks. Given the rapid growth of our company, this role will play a crucial role as we scale. It will report directly to our CEO and you will work closely with many of our partner companies and their marketing teams, including industry leaders in the space, distributors, customers, and others.

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience managing multi-channel social media strategies, including paid campaigns and organic growth tactics
  • Expertise in building and executing data-driven email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts for conversion and ROI
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and creative)
  • Exceptional hands on ability
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, campaigns, and product launches simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Creative mindset with a focus on storytelling, brand messaging, and consumer engagement
