Communications and Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

The Trust (powered by the NFLPA) is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team as Communications and Marketing Manager! This role will develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that effectively convey the organization's message. Additionally, the Communications and Marketing manager will manage content creation, digital marketing and branding initiatives that drive stakeholder engagement and enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field as well as 3-5 years' experience in same. Adaptability, results-oriented and team player are a few key traits needed to be successful in this role. ed environment, and can translate data into insights, you will be successful in this role. Candidates should have experience with analyzing market data and campaign performance to drive improvements, proficient in developing and executing marketing strategies, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute a content strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and supports strategic goals, enhances brand awareness, and engages key stakeholders.
  • Create content calendar and manage the production of high-quality content (articles, videos, social media posts, etc.) across various formats; ensures consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure content initiatives are integrated with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Utilize best practices and content analytics tools to guide strategy, improve content performance, and increase visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, industry influencers, and partners, to enhance content relevance and reach.
  • Ensure all content aligns with and reinforces the company's brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Assist in the development and management of budget to support communications, marketing, and engagement events and activities.
  • Stay abreast of content trends, client preferences, and advancements in technology that may affect content delivery and consumption.
