Senior Marketing Specialist - Twin Cities Orthopedics

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position which will involve working Tuesday and Wednesday out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Brand Management

  • Maintain strong understanding of TCO's brand, strategic plan, marketing goals and objectives
  • Support global brand campaign planning and analysis (e.g. OOH media)
  • Develop, execute and manage campaign and promotional collateral for the TCO brand, and affiliate brands as needed
  • Lead integrated work with digital, content and creative teams to develop channel plans and campaign measurement

  • Provide creative/messaging direction, priorities and support as it relates to communication efforts for media and marketing materials in collaboration with marketing team members as well as agency partners where applicable.
  • Lead in managing the process and timeline for new creative projects. Lead in internal review process for client materials prior to external review.

  • Lead campaign recap and quarterly reporting efforts, ensuring analysis of both campaign and business performance through key performance metrics
  • Oversee management of web platforms for branded collateral and assets (Swag Shop, IOS, etc.).
  • Ensure brand compliance of TCO and affiliate brands.
  • Assist in brand & communication support for affiliate brands
  • Manage relevant agency/vendor relationships

  • Act as an event brand ambassador at client, partner and sponsor events.


Clinic and Physician Marketing

  • Serve as a strategic partner / liaison for TCO clinic operations leadership to deliver effect marketing plans that support business objectives
  • Support intake of new requests, develop effective strategic briefs and collaborate with integrated teams to kick off projects
  • Develops marketing plans and strategies for assigned service lines and specialty services; lead execution of campaigns to drive awareness and support volume growth
  • Lead new physician onboarding, marketing plans and material development
  • Support clinic marketing requests and special projects
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication between the Marketing team and key operations partners


Project Management

  • Lead in project coordination and management of clinic/operations client projects, strategic projects and events
  • Manage relevant TCO marketing budgets and assist in accounts payable.


All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management or related area.
  • 6- years of related work experience.

  • Experience in marketing/communications, project management, media campaign, corporate branding/marketing, and/or brand management
  • Experience with integrated marketing programs (marketing collateral, digital assets community partnership, etc.) targeted to different consumer and corporate audiences
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with leadership on marketing strategies
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and data into meaningful, actionable plans
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively lead internal and external teams, meetings and groups

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills, including ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and manage expectations of all stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

Ability to:
