About the role
We are looking for a Senior People Experience Communications Specialist to help hone and promote team member stories through video production and both internal and external community engagement.
You will:
- Build and expand Crunchyroll's talent brand strategy across social media, external-facing websites, partnerships/collaborations and events
- Manage tactical engagement and response management for our talent-focused channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others to come
- Partner with our internal Talent Attraction team to develop and drive local influencer campaigns across our social media channels to strategically expand our candidate pool
- Create multimedia content that tells the story of our people behind the platform, and our efforts to support the community of anime fans
In the role of Senior People Experience Communications Specialist, you will report to the VP People Experience Communications. We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas.
About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, media production, communications and/or brand strategy
- You love hearing the stories of people who love what they do - you know that helping them feel seen and heard is one of the best feelings in the world
- You can tailor communications (written, verbal, video, etc.) to best meet the needs of multiple audiences across email, Slack, and other visual channels
- You are proficient in Google Suite - Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Sites
- You have a working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
- You have produced or supported elevated podcast-style interviews for quick consumption across multiple channels
- You are comfortable leading post-production video editing projects in tools such as Adobe Premiere, After-Effects (bonus points for experience and comfort level in front of the camera, relating to audiences and engaging in conversation)
- You can follow existing brand guidelines while still finding ways to get creative
- You are knowledgeable about social media content, data, analytics and managing campaigns
- You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- You're able to multi-task and prioritize competing projects
- You are a team player with can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
