About the role
We are seeking a driven Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Product & Lifecycle marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevated Chime to one of the most recognized brands in the US. This highly cross functional position will collaborate with internal teams and partners to launch impactful go-to-market campaigns and full-funnel creative strategies that increase brand awareness, fuel product adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
A successful candidate leads with a customer-first mindset, using data and insights to guide campaign planning and execution. You excel in teamwork, have stellar project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680 and up to $144,000 Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that leverage a variety of channels to drive business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, lifecycle marketing, creative, brand, growth, analytics, and insights) to develop strategies, messaging, and marketing materials that ensure a consistent brand experience and connect with the target audience.
- Utilize data, insights and campaign performance to analyze results of launched initiatives, inform executional opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of thoughtful campaign briefs that drive clarity and understanding of key objectives, target audience, and expected outcomes.
- Manage project timelines across a variety of campaigns and projects, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless execution.
- Maintain our shared marketing calendar, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and track marketing activities aligned to key product launches and consumer moments.
- Identify market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 3-5 years of marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or consumer marketing experience at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand.
- Experience executing end-to-end campaigns, including cross-functional planning, budget management, KPI tracking, creative asset development, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of media strategies and tactics across channels
- Solid analytical skills, experience synthesizing data and insights to identify and act upon opportunities.
- Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with a "make it happen" mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity of a growth organization
- Experience partnering/working with agencies and vendors with knowledge of production timelines is a plus.
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
