Position Summary:

AEG Presents is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to oversee social ad execution, performance, and strategy for national tours, festivals, brand partnerships, and regional concerts. You will be expected to be proficient in all aspects of digital marketing and platform capabilities while collaborating with partners, content and marketing teams to successfully fulfill campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven and strives to continuously improve media strategy, campaign implementation, and performance through testing and learning. You will serve as channel expert to guide marketers on best practices across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and Snap while identifying optimization opportunities to provide actionable recommendations towards driving ticket sales, event awareness, and brand initiatives. Essential Functions:
  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across social platforms, ensuring targeting tactics are optimized against relevant performance objectives.
  • Oversee operational and project management tasks such as QA ad deliverables, creative trafficking, measurement implementation while enforcing workflow processes to ensure campaigns follow best practices and are on-time.
  • Generate reporting for performance insight, and clearly communicate results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key metrics.
  • Stay up to date on media and data trends, identify testing opportunities while strengthening relationships with media partners.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum education level of BA/BS
  • 4+ years of related work experience developing, planning, and executing paid social campaigns in agency or brand environment
  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms, measurement and supporting technology: Facebook & Instagram (Meta), Twitter, TikTok, Snap
  • Extensive experience with managing performance focused direct response campaigns with diverse budget levels, utilizing various optimization strategies
  • Highly proficient in using Excel, analyzing datasets, and developing insights to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills with the capability of clearly presenting key findings
  • Detail and process oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage high volume of campaigns and communication in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly

Pay Scale: $72,838.48-$110,361.68
