You Are:

The Proposal Graphics Lead role you will oversee and the proposal Graphics & Visual Design team and process, establishing graphics standards for the organization. Oversee the team responsible for designing, developing, and overall quality of all graphics and art for federal proposal submissions.

The Work:
  • Manage day to day activities of the Graphics & Visual Design Team which includes but is not limited to oversee workload of the entire team, attend to growth and development of the team, provide feedback to team.
  • Support and promote PDC priorities, objectives, and initiatives that are relevant to the Graphics Team. Set expectations and standards related to proposal graphics.
  • Establishes and maintains standards for AFS proposal templates, color palettes, and artwork appearance. Work with Graphics Artists in the development of non-standard color palettes where applicable.
  • Work with Demand Lead to ensure all proposals are appropriately staffed and resourced and proper coverage of work in absences or required weekend / holiday support.
  • Creates and maintains an artwork log of all graphics activity, accessible to PRC Leadership and Graphics Team for review and provides weekly status reports to PRC Lead for PRC weekly review of graphic assignments across AFS leadership.
  • Keep relevant on industry standard graphics products and techniques and ensure the information is passed to the team.
  • Reviews, understands, and deploys changes to the graphics process and ensures proposal teams are following the established process.
  • Actively listens and solicits feedback and suggestions on the quality of the graphics from PRC leadership, account teams, and other stakeholders and integrates where appropriate.

Here's What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design and 7 years of experience; may substitute for equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • High-level verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to understand technical concepts and convey in Illustrated form.
  • Must be able to effectively and simultaneously manage multiple, high-volume efforts
  • Solid organization skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize; ability to deliver client-ready materials under strict deadline.

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
  • Technical background and Experience Facilitating brainstorming sessions resulting in creative illustrations


As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$95,800-$204,500 USD
