Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of all brand awareness, lead gen, and partner activities. This includes tasks such as coordinating events, managing email and social media campaigns, tracking marketing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute initiatives. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Product Marketing. What You Will Be Doing: Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and strengthen prospect and customer relationships Manage the marketing calendar and project timelines, ensuring timely execution of content delivery and campaigns Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential target segments for Omatic’s products Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral Create designed assets for content, emails, and social media using templates in Canva Project manage marketing collateral projects with freelance designers or agencies Manage marketing list segmentation and database hygiene within Hubspot and Salesforce Act as primary administrator to manage operations of campaigns within Hubspot Work cross-functionally with team leads to build integrated digital marketing campaigns (social, email, content, webinars, events) that drive brand awareness, leads, sales pipeline and ROI Set up and launch email marketing campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, event and webinar promotion Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns (e.g. email, paid advertising, website tests, webinars) Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes What You Will Bring to Omatic: Outcome-driven and self-starter Organized and process-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to new situations Analytical mind with strong quantitative and market analysis skills Strong problem solver and conceptual thinker Excellent people skills to interact with cross-functional teams and third parties Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience Previous experience with planning and execution of digital campaigns Google Analytics, Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, paid media campaign experience is a plus Nonprofit industry knowledge is preferred Bachelor’s Degree required Powered by JazzHR
