MSIM strives to provide outstanding long-term investment performance, service and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to a diverse client base, which includes governments, institutions, corporations and individuals worldwide.Basic Purpose:Lead customer relationship email marketing execution for all Morgan Stanley Investment Management (“MSIM”) global brands and lines of business.Primary Responsibilities:·         Oversee complex funnel email campaigns to drive sales and support retention. Lead CRM segmentation, client journeys, and dynamic messaging based off customer lifecycle using our product recommendation engine. ·         Integrate email behavioral signalization to optimize customer engagement with product content for CRM trends and create messaging optimization. ·         Deep experience with building out Salesforce Marketing Cloud flows / campaigns / journeys with critical digital marketing technical skills required including targeting queries, workflow logic and content personalization rules using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.·         Expertise in migration of data from CRM platforms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.·         Responsible for strategy, execution and analysis of data driven sales and marketing email programs for retail, institutional and international business units.·         Understand financial advisor needs and click behaviors through data collection, segmentation, profiling, and engagement. Identify opportunities to automate recurring campaigns and streamline campaign operations.·         Set up and support enhancements to marketing campaign automation platform, including integrations, functionality roll outs, and optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness·         Manage and mentor global team of email marketing resources and vendors·         Support development of email content personalization strategy and execution·         Identify and manage strategic projects designed to improve targeting capabilities, content relevance and customer engagement·         Manage staffing, consultants, workflows, critical processes, escalations and priorities.QualificationsJob Requirements:·         Highly desirable email marketing in asset management. Experience with mutual funds and/or other investment products.·         Minimum of 12 years of related experience, including at least 7 years of experience building, executing and modifying marketing campaigns using a marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua)·         Experience managing a global team of resources and vendors·         Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud·         Experience using and managing email creative tools such as Stensul, Taxi, etc.·         Familiarity with content scripting languages (e.g., javascript, AMPscript)·         Ability to work both independently and within a team environment ·         Outstanding project management and written and oral communications skills·         Demonstrated ability to manage changing requirements on short timelines and enable execution·         Bachelor’s degree required.
