Morel Landscaping, a residential landscape and materials company in Broadview Heights, OH, is seeking an experienced Landscape Sales Consultant - Design & Build - to promote our enhancement and design/build projects. With company-provided leads and achievable sales goals, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer consultations and selling clients the perfect solution for their outdoor spaces.

Our Landscape Sales Consultant - Design & Build - will work out of the Broadview Heights area. We welcome candidates from surrounding cities, including Brecksville, Bath, West Lake, Hinckley, Macedonia, Bay Village and Hudson. We offer a compensation package with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities, which includes an annual base salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus commission, with an earning potential of $85,000 - $100,000. This position also includes a benefits package and the choice of a company vehicle or a stipend in place of the company vehicle.

Requirements for the Landscape Sales Consultant -Design & BuildL

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role within landscape design/build or construction, with a strong emphasis on enhancement sales;
  • Proven ability to sell landscape projects, including patios,hardscapesand enhancements;
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and client relationship skills;
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on revenue and project value;
  • Ability to visualize outdoor spaces and determine what designs will work;
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle report.


Responsibilities for the Landscape Sales Consultant -Design & Build include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling on-site meetings with company-generated leads to conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients;
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their outdoor space needs and conveying this information to a third-party designer;
  • Providing input on patios, outdoor structures, and landscape enhancements, ensuring the feasibility of designs;
  • Capturing accurate property photos and sharing them with the design team;
  • Presenting design solutions to clients and achieving sales targets for enhancement and design/build projects;
  • Working closely with the internal team to ensure project success, especially for larger or more complex designs;
  • Building long-term client relationships and continuously identifying new sales opportunities.
