We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional media, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring the organization's visibility, patient retention, and brand promotion across all channels.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing domain, including at least 3 years as a marketing manager, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Candidate must have a master's degree.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization's brand, services, and products across various platforms.
- Ensure marketing plans align with business objectives and drive patient engagement and retention.
- Develop compelling content for digital, social media, print, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure content resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the organization's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Foster clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals and campaign execution.
- Oversee and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track expenses and adjust strategies as necessary to remain within budget.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at securing patient retention and attracting new clients.
