Position Title: Sr Community Engagement Strategist

The Creator Relations Manager is a core member of the Lifestyle Integrated Communications team dedicated to The Sims and Skate franchises. In this role, you'll develop and execute creator strategies, and manage relationships with our regional teams, agencies, influencers and creators. You will work with our Integrated Communications Director and team (including PR, Community, Social), and Integrated Marketing and Business Development teammates. You'll focus on briefing in creator content and programming consistent with our communications messaging that highlights key game features to engage our players across a number of platforms and channels.

BASE SALARY RANGES

° $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage our North America-based influencer and creator relationships, including creator and talent agencies
- Lead the global influencer strategies for key launches that help retain current players and attract new players, including creating compelling and on-brand briefs, selecting creators, and ensuring high quality deliverables
- Collaborate and coordinate across the Lifestyle Integrated Communications team to ensure high-quality execution of the influencer tactics/campaign beats that ladder up into the overall brand campaigns
- Drive development of SOWs and POs with our agency partners, internal finance, and legal teammates
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching creator strategies across The Sims and Skate franchises that will drive the approach to influencers and creators globally
- Work with our agency partners to oversee campaigns and ensure delivery of creator content and campaign reports
- Leverage the EA Creator Network, in partnership with the Community Management team, to help manage creators, their content, and cultivate new relationships, resulting in an increase of UGC at strategic points
- Collaborate with Social Media and Community teams to bring creators into the fold of owned community marketing opportunities
- Act as a go-to English-language point-of-contact for creators and influencers for The Sims and Skate franchises, building relationships that last
- Partner closely with expert influencer partnership managers and regional creator relations teammates across EA to deliver globally-resonant plans for both franchises
- Build ongoing relationships with our cross-functional teams, including development, communications, brand, legal and finance
- Partake in meetings, brainstorms, and planning sessions
- Use tools to analyze and improve influencer content performance
- Stay connected to online trends and undiscovered talent to identify the most appropriate creators to meet campaign goals
- Become a functional expert for vendors and partners driving creator campaigns
- Help manage influencer budgets and improve spend based on our goals
Qualifications
- Technical skills
- Experience in Creator and Community Management in North America; talent management experience in adjacent entertainment industries preferred
- Should have existing creator relationships
- Experience with digital and creator marketing and appropriate metrics of success
- Measure Creator efforts with social listening/analytic tools to provide data-informed actions
- Experience with and scope of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as Instagram, Snap, TikTok, X, Twitch, YouTube and other new social platforms
- Experience with interpreting community feedback to make relevant recommendations
- Soft skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and task/project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to present plans and concepts in English
- Familiar with collaborating in a global environment
- Other qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Communications or Marketing, but not essential
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of player motivations and needs
