We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and implementing co-marketing marketing strategies and demand gen programs that drive growth with key channel partners. You will work closely with the Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing, Distributors, and Channel Partners to create marketing plans, coordinate campaigns, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. This is a hybrid role working out of our office in Houston, TX. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute the channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth. Create and execute targeted channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services Create and deliver sales tools, marketing assets, and training materials that empower channel partners to effectively market and sell our solutions Design and implement co-marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns to support partner growth and acquisition Build strong relationships with channel sales leaders and partners, acting as their primary marketing liaison to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives, optimizing programs based on data insights Partner with internal teams (sales, product, and corporate marketing) to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and support across all channels Manage channel marketing budgets and marketing development funds, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI BENEFITS In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. For more information visit https://benefits.honeywell.com/ YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems Proven success in developing and executing partner co-marketing campaigns and programs Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with experience measuring and improving campaign performance Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics WE VALUE Bachelor's degree Experience developing digital marketing strategies Ability to analyze data and present insights and recommendations Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
