Overview
Renuity is seeking a results-driven analytical Director of Lifecyle Marketing to lead the development and execution of an end-to-end marketing program designed to drive repeat and cross-sales across various communication channels, including phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience building data driven rule based cross channel messaging triggers, and the ability to predict customer purchasing behavior and optimize sales outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, including selecting and implementing lifecycle marketing software, building automated marketing flows, and designing a referral program. The candidate will work closely with business leaders to ensure the program aligns with company objectives, recruit top talent to support the initiative, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for high performance. The right candidate will demonstrate extreme ownership and run the channel as if it were their own business.

What You'll Do:
- Build and manage an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for repeat customers utilizing various communication channels such as phone, SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp (FHIA), email, browser push notifications, and more.
- Drive cross-sales and repeat sales behavior for all previous single-purchase customers using current data to predict propensity to buy certain categories and when customers will enter the market to buy.
- Conduct an RFP process to identify and select the best lifecycle marketing software available.
- Integrate selected software with existing systems to build automated lifecycle flows across unrelated systems.
- Design and implement a referral program to extract referrals from previous customers, employees, friends, family, and business relationships.
- Leverage database tracking solution to easily track performance at the individual level over time and test various promotions and commissions to identify the best combinations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Utilize database marketing and data analytics to drive successful strategies and measure program effectiveness.
- Ensure the marketing program is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure marketing solutions effectively support business objectives.
- Communicate effectively and build trust within the organization.
- Identify and attract "A" level talent to support the lifecycle marketing program.
- Lead and manage team & KPIs to ensure high-performance and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience accepted.
- Proven work experience in life cycle marketings, CRMs, increasing count of purchases per customer or implementing successful referral programs.
- In-depth knowledge of retention marketing channels. (phone, email, sms, live chat, whatsapp and potentially app push.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to hire and run high performing teams.
