The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Growth Marketing Director will develop and implement strategic approaches to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth and optimize marketing efforts. Job duties include:

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement an integrated B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Guide and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Establish KPIs and track performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Demand Generation:
  • Design and execute lead generation programs using inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Implement account-based marketing ("ABM") tactics to target high-value customers.
  • Develop email marketing, content marketing, and digital campaigns that nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide insight to refine product positioning and drive new product development.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing tactics as necessary to maintain an advantage in the market.
  • Sales Enablement & Execution:
  • Partner with the sales team to create seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Establish lead scoring, nurturing programs, and a feedback loop to optimize results.
  • Equip the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and case studies that effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals faster.
  • Drive sales campaigns and incentives to accelerate new customer acquisition.
  • Innovation:
  • Together with R&D and engineering develop new products and offerings that help solve customer problems or enhance experiences.
  • Collaborate with R&D and finance through a gate process to validate technical feasibility and commercial success of new products and offerings.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer engagement.
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing & communications team on digital marketing and brand building initiatives (e.g., Industry events).
  • Present marketing strategies and results to the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.


YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful marketing leadership.
  • Proven success in a senior B2B marketing role, with a strong emphasis on driving business growth and measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Strong data analytics skills, with a track record of using insights to drive revenue and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience leading and scaling marketing teams.
  • A passion for growth and an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Proficient in MS Suite Tools (Excel, PPT, PowerBI).


WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Masters of Business Administration ("MBA").


OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
