We are looking for seasoned marketing professional who can manage top-tier brands, interface with other agencies representing the customer's brand, and is experienced in agency services and the education sector. They need to be a modern digital marketing specialist who is well adept at managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels including web, email, social, display, apps, and print.

We are looking for seasoned marketing professional who can manage top-tier brands, interface with other agencies representing the customer's brand, and is experienced in agency services and the education sector. They need to be a modern digital marketing specialist who is well adept at managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels including web, email, social, display, apps, and print.
Client Program Implementation and Experience Management
- Lead the client experience from initial kickoff, launch, reporting, and recommendations for additional programs.
- Collaborate with creative managers, editors, and channel promotion team members to develop program assets, secure client approval, and formulate optimization strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
- Own client communications throughout the project, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Act as the customer evangelist to ensure that the value proposition messaging is clearly articulated and known by all market facing associates.
Marketing Project Management
- Lead all project management responsibilities including program goals, creative brief development, deliverable requirements, timelines, asset management, budget, program performance tracking and optimization recommendations.
- Utilize online project management tools (e.g., NewsCred/Welcome) to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
- Lead the work with outside approved vendors as necessary for program development that may include content development, website design, instructional game design, videos, Virtual Field Trips, and print kit programs.
- Develop and manage internal and external timelines, guiding clients through progress updates and next steps during regular meetings. Ensure timelines are realistic and align with client sign-off processes and content development workflows.
- Track proof of deliveries and report monthly for revenue recognition.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Leverage various marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sailthru Audience Engagement Platform, Display Ad Dashboards, Facebook Ad Manager) to monitor program performance across channels.
- Analyze marketing metrics and deliver comprehensive reports via Excel, email, and PowerPoint presentations, providing insights and recommendations for next steps.
Education/Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor's in marketing or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience working in a client facing services role managing marketing campaigns of $10-$100K+ with demonstrated experience with any of the following B2B and B2C corporate brands and corporate social responsibility programs targeting the education sector.
- Expert level knowledge on tracking and reporting marketing analytics for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven expertise managing content development and market asset creation across channels.
- Proven expertise using excel, Google Analytics, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, digital marketing, and direct marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Budget management.
- Advanced timeline creation and management skills.
