Marketing Coordinator

The Moorings at Lewes is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

The Moorings is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Lewes, Delaware. At Springpoint our Marketing Coordinators are an essential part of the marketing team. Our Marketing Coordinators assist new & potential residents in making the transition from their current home to our community as smooth and memorable as possible and support the efforts of our Marketing Director & sales counselors. The Marketing Coordinator is one of the most visible members in our community and plays an important role in communicating the benefits of living in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events such as dinners or presentations for prospective residents
• Run sales reports and distribute inquiries to the rest of the team.
• Update the CRM system with information on new inquiries and residents.
• Prepare contracts for potential residents.
• Order marketing collateral as needed.
• Help select options for flooring, cabinetry, and other refurbishment selections so that their new home expresses their own style and taste.
• Coordinate the activities during Resident move in.
• Meet with external representatives and operational staff to assure that residences are appropriately prepared for walk-thru and move-in.
• Other duties as assigned if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent and minimum 5 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and minimum 2 years related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
