About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Director who is ready to make an impact! In this crucial role, you will craft and execute innovative website and marketing strategies designed to boost customer conversions, nurture enduring relationships, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will oversee all customer communications and leverage insights to significantly enhance the customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include spearheading the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, managing and evolving the membership program, and developing future subscription services. Additionally, you will create strategic plans aimed at increasing repeat purchases. We seek a results-driven marketer with a solid background in DTC e-commerce, specifically in the fresh and frozen food sector.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess a degree in a relevant field, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience managing an e-commerce catalog and website. Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo marketing platforms is essential, while knowledge of HTML and UI/UX design will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have experience in farm-to-fork e-commerce and a proven record in loyalty and relationship marketing. You should excel at identifying and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and deepen customer relationships, as well as be equipped to tackle common e-commerce marketing challenges. A passion for regenerative agriculture, leadership experience, a coaching mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting are highly valued.
