The United States base range for this position is $67,871 -$96,959 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.

We're looking for a marketing designer to join the Podcast & Audiobooks Creator Marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the creation of consumer-facing and some internal marketing collateral including, but not limited to: brand and product marketing campaigns, landing pages, logos, iconography, stock image/footage selection, advertising, email, web/print collateral, infographics, newsletters, social media needs, Google slide decks and more
- Build, maintain, and continually develop visual communication according to brand guidelines
- Quickly turn around creative and develop multimedia assets including GIFs, illustrations, animations, editing sizzle reels, and presentations if needed
- Develop multiple ideas, use creative storytelling techniques, and have a pulse on culture and the industry to inspire our creator community
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, from copywriters and product marketing to senior leadership
- You'll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
Who You Are
- Capable of working fast, being flexible, and be independent, but know when to ask for help
- As comfortable with motion design as graphic design, and well versed in social media content creation
- You have experience in professional brand marketing design in an agency or tech company
- A strong user of Figma
- You have experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder) and Google Slides
- You are passionate about visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color whether in an URL or IRL space
- Someone with the ability to interpret our brand guidelines/standards and apply them to all creative assets
- You have video experience and/or web design, and programming skills are a major plus, including designing with Webflow
- Someone with a sense of humor and who doesn't take themselves too seriously
- You like to collaborate, ideate, and share perspectives, without being judgemental
- Are conversational and aren't afraid to speak up, but also know that listening is essential
- You are a strong communicator and have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
- You have a passion for the creator economy and creator culture and like pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital design and beyond
