Reputation is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to specifically support the Healthcare & Life Sciences market and sellers. This person will have proven expertise in building out B2B regional and vertical marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a fully integrated field marketing plan aligned with the revenue goals of the business, focused on building high-quality net new pipeline and accelerating existing pipeline. The candidate will measure the effectiveness of marketing activities to continually optimize, demonstrate strong project management skills, and think strategically while orchestrating many moving parts. The ability to partner with the sales organization is foundational for success in this role, and the candidate must excel at building strong relationships with sales teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on go to market initiatives and strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans, aligned with sales and overall company goals, focusing on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations and opportunity acceleration.
Build a trusted relationship with regional sales teams, partnering to prioritize, monitor, and engage accounts through strategic GTM tactics, activities and programs.
Create new approaches that generate leads, engage target accounts, and accelerate pipeline - with a focus on a diverse marketing mix including webinars, direct mailers, in person events and virtual experiential activities.
Partner with the extended marketing team to ensure target accounts in your segment receive top of funnel focus to drive prospects through the buying cycle. (i.e. Branding, PR, PPC, Social, Ads, Outbound, etc).
Be responsible for communications to regional stakeholders on results, issue management, and feedback loops.
Monitor and analyze program results, campaign spend, and business contribution against KPI's to optimize campaigns for best results.
Own the lead lifecycle and constantly drive to accelerate funnel velocity to maximize conversions and help drive the revenue goal in your region or segment.
Budget reporting - track marketing expenses ensuring that resources are optimally allocated across initiatives within budget.
Work closely with marketing leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
Take on a leadership role within the field marketing team, providing guidance and best practices to drive collective success across the team.

Qualifications
5+ yrs experience in marketing with emphasis on Field Marketing, Demand Generation, campaign creation and execution.
Self starter with a bias for action and a track record of delivering creative, impactful Field Marketing programs.
Experience delivering and accelerating sales pipeline through regional or vertical field marketing initiatives executed under an integrated ABM strategy
Advanced knowledge of key metrics throughout the sales funnel, that can be used as levers to maximize revenue and comfortable working within the martech stack to measure, report, and optimize these metrics.
Ability to understand how our GTM plans align with broader business and revenue objectives.
Proven experience running cross-functional programs and projects.
Enthusiasm and experience working with cross-functional teams including design, content, PR, operations, sales and product marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to balance between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Working knowledge of Marketing tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense, etc.
Knowledge or experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical is not required, but preferred
BA / BS Degree or equivalent experience.
