Overview
Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is transforming its digital landscape, building new digital foundations to enable modernized and mature digital capabilities at scale. As a strategic pillar of our journey, we are bringing together multiple historic website and app CMS's into one single CMS using Adobe AEM across the enterprise. This includes all of our websites across casinos, hotels, cafes, retail, Unity by Hard Rock, and more. Implementation is currently underway, on a path for target to launch in early 2025 go live as the foundation for omnichannel initiatives, content parity, orchestration and personalization via ML modeling, AI recommendations. With this exciting new milestone in digital maturity for the org, we are seeking to build a team of highly experienced, top-notch experts to own, administer, activate and optimize using their polished and modern Adobe AEM/DAM during this pivotal period to continue to build and mature at scale.
We are seeking a highly motivated, seasoned expert that is detail-oriented and proactive to be our all-star Digital DAM Librarian & Asset manager. In this exciting new opportunity to be part of an evolving function and digitally maturing org, this role is a first in house for Hard Rock, responsible for managing our digital asset library, ensuring that assets are properly tagged, organized, accessible, governed and utilized effectively. You will also oversee the integration and usage of digital assets across various platforms and touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and enhance user experiences.
This is a shared service role supporting Seminole Gaming as well as all Hard Rock lines of business, such as Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, Casinos and Entertainment, and the new Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program. Our digital ecosystem consists of multiple websites, a mobile app, and digital marketing channels that include SEO/SEM, paid meta, paid media, display, CRM, and social.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for organizing, storing, and retrieving digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM).
- Create and maintain a well-structured digital repository, ensuring assets are properly categorized, tagged, and easily searchable.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, including acquisition, metadata management, and archiving or deletion.
- Establish and enforce metadata standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy across the asset library.
- Ensure effective integration and utilization of digital assets across multiple platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Train and support staff on digital asset management systems and best practices for asset usage and organization.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager Assets, including system upgrades and integration with other tools and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and other legal requirements related to digital assets.
- Ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Digital Media, Library Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven high success level experience (5+ years) in digital asset management, media management, or a related role administering and owning enterprise scale Adobe DAM.
- Proficiency with digital asset management software, including Adobe Experience Manager Assets, and related tools.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets for managing and organizing digital content, and the related Adobe DAM librarian strategies and tasks (full ownership of DAM).
- Deep understanding of asset organization and metadata, usage rights and governance, brand guidelines and the ability to ensure adherence across all digital assets and evolve into central hub for the org beyond Digital (i.e. brand and partner share).
- Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in asset management and brand compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
- Knowledge of copyright laws and intellectual property rights related to digital content.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve brand and asset management goals.
- Ability to audit digital assets and make data-driven decisions to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Experience with content management systems and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
