We're growing and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! Do you share our passion for accountability, love our core values, have a gift for communication and an eye for creative design, and possess the necessary skills and experience to lead a team? Read on!

What's the starting salary range?

Depending on your experience, this full-time salaried role offers between $80,000 and $100,000 annually.

What makes the A2U Content Marketing team different?

Marketing at Accountable2You is about much more than lead generation and growth targets. Our message drives our marketing, not the other way around. Delivering life-changing content is at the heart of our marketing. The highest goal of every department here is to serve our customers, and our Marketing team is at the forefront of this mission.

We're blessed to have one of the very best accountability tools around-and that's not only our opinion! It's deeply humbling and satisfying to read thousands of emails, comments, and reviews from grateful customers whose lives and relationships have been transformed with the help of our service and resources. Alongside the software, everyday resources like our book Defending Purity in a Pornographic Age are helping people find lasting freedom from sexual immorality.

These real-life testimonies are what motivate us and propel our marketing. We see marketing as a means to get the word out to as many people as possible about Accountable2You and the life-changing message of accountability to God and one another.

What does a normal day look like?

Since we're a small business, the Digital Marketing Manager will wear many different hats and regularly exercise a wide range of skills. On any given day you'll handle a variety of marketing-related tasks-from project management to website administration, analyzing SEO trends, designing promotional materials, interacting with contractors, or moderating comments on social media.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to employ your creativity and enhance your design skills as you develop a range of marketing assets to advance the A2U brand. As a growing company, the brand and marketing at Accountable2You are well established but still have plenty of room to develop. The Digital Marketing Manager will drive forward the direction that has been set in the Marketing department, helping to clarify and establish our brand, marketing strategies, and departmental procedures.

The Digital Marketing Manager is more than an "armchair" supervisor; much of your time will be spent actively doing the work of marketing for Accountable2You, not just directing others. However, as the manager of a small marketing team, you will be responsible to manage direct reports, as well as relationships with contractors, vendors, affiliates, and advertisers. You will interact daily with team members from other departments, working closely with our leadership team.

About you
  • You're an outstanding human. We get it, no one is perfect, yet you possess a strong moral character that loves our core values and affirms Accountable2You's mission and purpose.
  • You believe the struggle is real. You believe purity is important and that bondage to pornography is a serious matter. You're willing to address this sensitive topic publicly because you're committed to helping people in their journey toward freedom, purity, healing, and joy.
  • You're a gifted communicator. While you don't need to be an extrovert, those who know you best would say you thrive in environments that rely upon clear written and spoken communication. You enjoy working with words and take pleasure in a well-crafted sentence.
  • You're naturally creative. You've got an artistic bent, with an eye for good layout and attractive designs, and a portfolio to prove it. You feel at home in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign-or whatever your favorite design apps are-and you'd gladly spend hours on end engaged in creative work.
  • You're a marketing pro. You have years of experience in a marketing role and understand the digital marketing landscape. You're passionate about good branding and can totally geek out over data analytics, funnels (or flywheels), personas, or A/B test results.
  • You have high standards. Although you try to avoid being a perfectionist, excellence in your work is very important to you. Your coworkers would all agree that you bring your best to every task and produce high-quality results. Accuracy matters to you; in fact, you're the sort of person who reads over emails before hitting "Send" to make sure you've communicated clearly and not made any mistakes.
  • You're a team player. You are humble, hungry, smart, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others. You actively seek out accountability from others and eagerly receive constructive criticism.
  • You're a natural leader with a heart to serve. You don't seek out the limelight, but you're not afraid of it either. When you see a need, you rise (or bend) to fill it, even when the results are not glorious. As a result, others naturally look to you for leadership. You don't shrink from responsibility, but you do look for opportunities to "elevate and delegate" depending on the skills of your team.
  • You're a motivated self-starter. You can work independently, have a knack for solving problems, and don't need hand-holding to make plans and get results.

When and where do you work?

This role works standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) and is locally based in Williamstown, Kentucky.
