About the Role
We are looking for a generalist marketer with strong design skills and healthtech startup experience that can help us go from 0-1 as we build out various aspects of the department, including narrative design, demand generation, sales enablement, and multimedia content creation.

About the Role
We are looking for a generalist marketer with strong design skills and healthtech startup experience that can help us go from 0-1 as we build out various aspects of the department, including narrative design, demand generation, sales enablement, and multimedia content creation.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Lead the design function in developing content that inspires, informs, and captivates each audience, effectively communicating ideas through innovative design solutions to be used by all teams and thought leader partners. Develop content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, tutorials, case studies, and social media content.
- Narrative Design: Deliver narrative-driven presentations and marketing materials that convey complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and impactful manner
- Content Management: Ensure all aspects of marketing materials, including visuals, messaging, and design align with the brand. Create visual concepts that motivate target audiences to engage with the brand
- Demand Creation and Capture: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads, engage buyers, and drive conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media presence, including content scheduling, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, managing paid amplification efforts, and analyzing social media performance metrics to refine strategies and drive key results.
- Website Optimization: Ensure the company website offers a seamless and engaging user experience, with updated content, and is optimized for lead generation and conversion.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze paid and owned channel performance and the effectiveness of our demand generation programs.
- Brand Management: Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency across all collateral and digital assets.
- Embrace the Unknown: Raise your hand and roll up your sleeves to tackle new marketing programs and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior experience, with a strong design portfolio (include in resume/application)
- Expertise in design principles, immersive experiences, and multimedia content creation
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint particularly)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong proofreading skills and ability to ensure accuracy in all aspects of content
- Track record of managing workflow to deliver projects within agreed timeframes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
- Experience researching and recommending innovative design trends and technologies to enhance the brand look and feel
