How you'll make an impact:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Global Business Marketing Director to lead and scale global marketing efforts for our leading SaaS audio advertising technology platform business. This role will focus on building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and positioning AdsWizz as the go-to solution for our customers.

You will oversee marketing strategies aimed at expanding our inventory of premium audio content while driving demand for audio advertising on our DSP. The ideal candidate has experience working across both supply and demand sides of an adtech platform and is skilled at developing impactful campaigns, managing teams, and working cross-functionally with business teams, product, and leadership.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of B2B marketers dedicated to achieving SiriusXM's company's vision to shape the future of audio. As the Director, you will collaborate with passionate, forward-thinking professionals driving innovation in digital audio, playing a pivotal role in influencing the next wave of growth and transformation for both the business and the industry.

What you'll do:

The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping how AdsWizz engages its target audiences-Global Enterprise Omnichannel & Broadcast Publishers, Professional Podcast Publishers, Indie Podcast Creators, and audio buyers of all sizes including SMBs, large audio-centric independent agencies and Global Holding Companies/Media Agencies-across key marketing touchpoints.
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Shape and influence AdsWizz's engagement with its diverse target audiences. Collaborate with Product Marketing & GTM teams to develop go-to-market plans for new products and features. Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates technical features in a way that resonates with the target audiences. Lead integrated marketing campaigns-encompassing events, digital channels, strategic partnerships, and sponsorships-that drive measurable ROI and support business growth.
  • Customer Personal Development & Strategy: Continuously refine customer personas to align with evolving business goals across both supply and demand sides of the platform. Ensure that marketing strategies are informed by a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Grow Publisher Platform Partnerships (Supply): Expand AdsWizz supply-side business by partnering with our business teams to develop best-in-class RFPs, RFQs, technology scripts, and platform demos, including a distribution plan. Create compelling case studies, whitepapers, and sales marketing presentations that effectively communicate AdsWizz's value proposition, enabling the team to differentiate our solutions in the marketplace. Create an inbound video strategy to attract and engage customers, ultimately driving more qualified leads and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Grow Advertiser Platform Partnerships & Programmatic Partnerships: Develop and execute targeted sales marketing materials and initiatives aimed at brands, agencies, and media buyers to educate them on the value of AdsWizz's demand-side offerings. This includes creating thought leadership content, such as white papers, webinars, and industry reports, and collaborating with business teams to provide tools and materials that support deal closures.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness, including campaign ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Regularly report on these metrics to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ad tech, digital media, or SaaS products.
  • 5 years of management experience.
