In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your critical thinking skills to plan and execute advertising campaigns across our rapidly-growing retail media network. Advertising Solutions is T-Mobile's fast-growing advertising technology business. It leverages high-quality mobile data from the T-Mobile network that enables advertisers to build audience segments based on app ownership and usage insights. T-Mobile is bringing innovative solutions to the advertising space, making more channels and better data accessible to advertisers of all kinds. Job Responsibilities: Build the monetization strategies and manage the media/data inventory to set up campaigns. Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams. Functions as a key project decision maker and a SME to prioritize media plans/campaigns and optimize per client's needs. Provide AdTech solutions, troubleshooting and build process for new monetization opportunities. Support Senior Ad Operations Managers with day-to-day routing, approvals, timelines, capturing feedback and keeping up to date on campaigns and conversations. Education: Bachelor's Degree Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM (Required) Work Experience: 3-4 yrs Ad Operations experience in a publisher or an advertising agency. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience working in Digital Out or Home (DOOH) or In-Store Retail Media Network industry. Preferred Strategic Thinking: Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth (Required) Communication: Must be an effective communicator to facilitate T-Ads goals in an external environment (Preferred) Advertising Knowledge of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future (Required) Digital Marketing Online, digital marketing experience (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications: One or more: DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification; Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, Vistar Foundations of DOOH certification, etc. (Required) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $61,600 - $111,100 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
