Marcus Theatres is seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern eager to dive into the fast-paced world of business and gain hands-on experience. In this exciting role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing team and the SVP of Marketing in the Theatre Division to craft innovative programs that captivate audiences, boost brand recognition, and enhance customer loyalty-all while driving revenue growth.

What you will be doing:

• Work with the Social Media Marketing team to manage various social media platforms and develop meaningful content to drive engagement.

• Assist the studio relations team with the creation, coordination, and evaluation of promotions to boost movie attendance.

• Closely work with the loyalty team to assist in creating compelling content for the Magical Movie Rewards program.

• Work with the team to analyze market data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Film) to ensure guest needs are met.

• All other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Prior marketing experience is a plus but not required.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field and have completed coursework in marketing communications, public relations, advertising, or business writing.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.

• Motivated, creative, and strategic thinker who takes initiative to learn and contribute.

• Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient with computers, internet usage, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Salary/Wage Estimate: $17-$18/hour
