Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.What does a Senior Content Manager do at Hogarth?The Content Management organization at Hogarth is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to our client websites and other platforms across the globe. A Senior Content Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Interactive Content Management and manages a team that works closely with both the Content Management organization and external teams to ensure all client interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This includes ownership of the content management and publishing operations in support of our client’s product launches and other digital marketing programs, including setting up and managing page structure and content in a CMS (content management system).Core responsibilities of a Senior Content Manager include managing team resources and performance, day-to-day content management tasks, cross-functional collaboration across the Marcom organization, leading projects or initiatives from the content management perspective, and maintaining full knowledge of an ever-changing set of tools and processes.(Note: This is a role focused on top-quality content production and publishing, with strong experience in managing a team and optimizing processes and productivity. It is not a content creation, design, or marketing job.)ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day content management operations and tasks in support of product launches, other marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenanceEnsure the quality of deliverables to clientCollaborate cross-functionally and proactively with internal and external teamsHigh attention to communication standards  Work with developer teams to plan page structures and agree upon project approachesLead multiple projects with the support of the teamManage a team of Content Managers and other individual contributors across multiple projects, taking responsibility for meeting deadlines, driving quality and accuracy, estimating project resourcing, and overall performance of the teamActively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environmentBuild strong partnerships and increase satisfaction with our client by providing support, intelligent recommendations, and operational efficiencies.Work within the content management org to improve documentation and trainingMaintain complete understanding of the complexities of CMS and other internal toolsTroubleshoot system issues as a part of the first line of defenseContribute to the evolution of internal platforms and processes by providing feedback on toolsets, UI, best practices, and workflow optimizationRequirementsA Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferably with a focus on marketing, design, or communication5+ years experience working on web production teams2+ years team and people management experienceExperience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMSDeep knowledge of how content management and other related system processes workExperience working with a git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.) a plusKnowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMSRecord of troubleshooting and diagnosing CMS issues, and communicating those issues to both technical and non-technical personnelDemonstrated success in business process improvement and re-engineeringDemonstrated experience in assessing and optimizing team resources and time commitments, with an eye to increasing productivity and reducing costsProven ability to manage ambiguity effectivelyExperience creating/managing internal tools a plusExcellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environmentFlexible personality and schedule to deal with rapidly-changing, time-constrained launch schedulesHigh degree of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication, collaboration, and diplomacy skillsMust be a self starter and have a positive, energetic approachAbility to balance multiple projects or assignmentsHighly detail-oriented, organized, and patientThe base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
