Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level.The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Marketing Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Head, North America, Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC). This individual will be responsible for the oversight and management of all Marketing Operations functions. This includes the operational management and deployment of marketing assets, the Medical/Regulatory/Legal (MLR) review process, print and fulfillment, purchasing administration, and oversight of low complexity Creative Agency Management.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to ensure agile end-to-end operations, from asset creation to deployment.Consolidate the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes across Business Units into one streamlined, consistent approach to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely approval of marketing materials.Consolidate and manage print and fulfillment vendors across business units to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.Administer purchasing processes and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.Act as single accountable owner for TAG (low complexity creative agency) relationship in the US and act as US representative in TAG governance model at Global level..Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs.Develop and manage budgets for Marketing Operations functions, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Marketing Operations functions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.Create roadmap for internalization of external capabilities utilizing HUB resources.Innovate processes to improve efficiency.About YouQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
