The Office of Admissions at Auburn University at Montgomery is seeking a Communication and Technology Manager to develop communication plans that coincide with university enrollment goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in a related area, and (4) years of related work experience in marketing automation and/or email campaign communication systems, processes, work flow, databases, etc. or in enrollment marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office of Admissions at Auburn University at Montgomery is seeking a Communication and Technology Manager to develop communication plans that coincide with university enrollment goals and objectives.
- Manage/maintain the prospective student database.
- Create and manage complex enrollment communication streams that deliver content to prospective students through multiple channels and mediums.
- Implement and manage all CRM communications and digital content related to campaigns.
- Manage and deploy strategies for enrollment email and SMS campaigns designed to increase inquiry and application conversion.
- Create a social media strategy for Admissions that develops interest and awareness.
- Monitor trends in social media tools and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media in Admissions.
- Manage admissions mailings to ensure consistency and deadlines within communication plan.
- Work with University Marketing to coordinate marketing strategies.
- Coordinate, schedule and assemble materials for communications.
- Meet with prospective students and/or parents.
- Apply recruiting/counseling theories concepts, and principles to attract qualified students.
- Work with high school and college counselors to create a positive image of AUM .
- Work with admissions team to develop new marketing ideas.
- Implement/manage/maintain a social media presence between the Office of Admissions and potential students and their families.

- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office and other technology platforms
- Strong ability to use/manage social media sites to recruit/inform prospective students and parents about AUM
