Kforce s client in the Energy industry is searching for a Marketing manager that will be responsible for the regional marketing activities related to the entire their portfolio of lubricants, greases and fluids, including:

Being the regional marketing expert working closely with the Commercial Excellence Manager to set the regional marketing strategy, plans and priorities. Having a deep understanding of and insight into the aviation lubricants market in the Americas and taking a position on business growth and improvement opportunities.

Working closely with the Central Brand and Communications team to develop and implement regional marketing plans to effectively deliver growth in priority sectors and to deliver channels based on market analysis, distributor business plans, global marketing initiatives, and target KPIs/ROIs. Coaching, supporting and enabling frontline sales teams and, when required, distributors to become partners who are invested in customers? success through better understanding of their businesses, the true levers and obstacles for their growth and identifying opportunities to help them succeed

Working closely with colleagues from central teams and with agencies to deliver flagship regional events and engage and support the wider marketing team, regional sales managers and their teams in the planning and implementation of global and regional specific marketing activities. Working with Commercial Excellence Manager, the team and central team to develop CVPs, marketing communication materials, toolkits and trainings, printed and digital collateral that can be leveraged at various points along the buyer's journey including digital marketing automation / CRM platforms. Leveraging technology and dynamic content to design and extend commercial excellence training and guided-selling tactics to the commercial teams. Generating insights, orchestrating the testing of new CVPs, and checking for marketing collateral resonance.

Required Skills : Dimensions: Covering the aviation lubricants portfolio in Americas region Contributing to Americas plan delivery Direct SP and A Accountability Accountability for delivery of large flagship events Requirements: Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or similar expected. Experience in integrated B2B or B2C marketing and sales pipeline management expected. Experience working with the AeroShell brand would be an advantage. Business development, sales/account management or similar customer-focused experience highly valued. Other skills that are important for the role and will be considered as part of the selection process: o Financial analysis o Value chain economics understanding o Leading partnership negotiations o Media management o Digital content generation o Customer event design and delivery o Marketing automation management o Commercial excellence skills, for example CRM system management Demonstrated evidence of leadership behaviours, in particular strong collaboration and internal and external stakeholder management skills, will be taken into account during the selection process.
