Requirements

As a YouTube Media Buyer at Digitsonly, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube advertising campaigns to meet our clients' marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with our clients, creative team, and analytics team to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube advertising, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive YouTube advertising strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify relevant keywords, audiences, and targeting parameters for YouTube campaigns.
  3. Create and manage YouTube advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, budget allocation, and ad creative development.
  4. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, including video content, thumbnails, and ad copy.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  7. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics, campaign successes, and areas for improvement.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  9. Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital media buying, with a focus on YouTube advertising.
  3. In-depth knowledge of YouTube advertising platforms, including Google Ads and YouTube Analytics.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance metrics and drive optimization strategies.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate campaign performance to clients.
  6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative advertising strategies and compelling ad creatives.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  8. Proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning and evolving in the digital advertising landscape.
