About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager leads digital strategy for Anzu and supports brand awareness and demand generation initiatives for our portfolio companies. You will have the opportunity to launch creative campaigns, grow digital channels, and serve as the resident subject matter expert on all things digital marketing. This role requires both analytical and creative thinking and the ability to excel in strategic and tactical capacities. Key responsibilities include:

Campaigns

Identify opportunities to grow awareness and generate demand through organic and paid digital marketing channels
  • Create marketing plans that deliver exceptional results and meet business goals
  • Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across platforms - web, social, paid platforms, e-mail, events, webinars, and more
  • Bring creativity to all that you do. Whether it's the next campaign concept or a new data driven insight, we'll be looking to you for new ideas to reach and engage target audiences
  • Ideate on creative assets and coordinate with external design resources as required
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation to optimize campaign performance

Digital Channels

Manage performance and optimization of digital channels, including website, social and e-mail marketing
  • Manage social media publishing and growth strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize performance across digital channels, including website, social, paid campaigns and e-mail marketing
  • Develop content roadmap and define distribution strategy to best meet business objectives in partnership with the Content Manager
  • Define and manage KPI reporting and analysis

Program Management

Deliver impactful projects on time and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Bring a highly organized, detailed oriented, and data driven approach to all that you do
  • Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders, including executives, agencies and contractors, and subject matter experts
  • Evaluate digital channel and campaign performance to drive continuous improvements
  • Manage marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot, WordPress) and tools (e.g Google Analytics). Lead efforts to test and implement new technologies


Requirements
  • 4+ years work experience in digital marketing, with a proven track-record leading programs that deliver results across channels
  • Portfolio of creative campaign work
  • In-depth experience working with the following marketing tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and WordPress
  • Ability to work effectively both on teams as well as be self-motivated, task oriented, and organized
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Adept at managing feedback
  • Preference given to candidates who have demonstrated success in the industries Anzu invests in
