We're looking for a Development Manager who will help ensure a smooth execution of projects, presentations, and events. You will be an important contributor to the operations team responsible for delivering audio content that ignites the emotion of sports through industry-leading sports video games.
You will report to a Development Director that supports our American Football products. Partnering with Producers and Directors, your role is to ensure the Audio team's deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Your collaboration with various departments and establishing relationships with peers and leadership will be essential.

Responsibilities:
- You will work with feature development teams to lock down requirements and plan scope/capacity specifications
- You will assist in the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, scope and capacity plans, and project task tracking.
- You will proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues while developing mitigation strategies.
- You will act as a liaison between audio artists, producers, project managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices within the department.
- You will ensure deadlines are met and regularly provide status reports.
- You will organize and facilitate key team events, including meetings, workshops, presentations, and other team activities.
- You will mentor and provide career management to individual contributors within the project team.
Role Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile in a technology or audio environment.
- 2+ years of people management and leadership experience with the ability to challenge and inspire (including team motivation, development and performance management)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and drive to a decision.
