We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead a global brand safety solution. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand safety program from the ground up, ensuring it aligns with client goals and drives successful outcomes. You will serve as a key partner to clients, managing relationships, providing expert guidance on brand safety and talent partnerships that shape the strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, brand safety, and/or crisis communications. A deep understanding of social media, influencers, and the broader influencer marketing landscape is essential. You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally with teams across project management, risk, and global advisory functions, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions to enhance processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Lead a brand safety solution for clients that intersects across influencer marketing, talent partnerships, and brand reputation.
    • Lead the development of a global brand safety program, including building and implementing processes from the ground up and ensuring the overarching strategy fits the needs of client's goals and objectives
    • Be integral to the overall success of the client relationship by managing client relationships, daily client communications and leading presentations and meetings
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across project management, crisis & risk and global advisory business functions
    • Share expertise and advise clients on brand safety and talent partnerships to generate continued results
    • Work with all teams to ensure program success
    • Be a subject matter expert on influencer and talent vetting and monitoring, share recommendations to improve backend brand safety processes and approaches
    • Elevate opportunities to improve process using innovation and developing tech/tool recommendations
    • This role will interface with clients primarily operating in Eastern Time Zone.


QUALIFICATIONS:
    • At least 6 years working in influencer or partner marketing, crisis communications and/or brand safety
    • Familiarity with data privacy and AI is a plus but not required
    • Knowledge of best practices, tech platforms, tools and processes for influencer marketing
    • Proven ability to manage and lead relationships with clients
    • Strong understanding of social media, influencers, content creators and the larger Influencer Marketing ecosystem.
    • Knowledge and experience working across all tiers of influencers (micro, mid, top tier and traditional experts) and nuances of working with each
    • Proven ability to work with clients and manage teams to deliver on results and KPI's
    • Knowledge of content and social media best practices, tech platforms, tools and processes for influencer marketing
    • Understanding of integrating influencer work across teams (ideally with paid, earned, owned, creative etc.)
    • Experience establishing goals and ensuring project deadlines are met
    • A passion for pop-culture and its infusion into the consumer brand ecosystem
    • Relentlessly seeks, shares and adopts ideas and best practices in and outside the agency
    • Makes the complex simple - through brainstorms, workshop and educational summits, you empower others to learn and action your lessons

$79,000 - $115,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
