Position Summary:
The Experiential Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's brand presence and driving end user engagement through Events and Trade Shows throughout the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning events, approach projects with a creative/problem solving mindset, be incredibly adept at developing and maintaining project organization and coordination, build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders and possess a proven ability to execute successful corporate event strategies. Looking for a highly organized individual who is agile and effective in a fast-paced environment where multiple events may occur simultaneously or back-to-back. Previous experience managing events and projects is a must. COMPENSATION: Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. It will include a base salary, an annual performance bonus, and other exceptional benefits.

- Manage and execute internal/external event and trade show plans which require working in an organized and productive manner with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders and deliver successful events within budget.
- Collaborate with the greater marketing team with a sense of teamwork to maximize our presence at events. This includes driving engagement and attendance pre-, during and post-event using social media, public relations and advertising.
- Set objectives, goals, and event scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders to create overall strategy for trade shows and events.
- Deliver a high-quality event experience where customers/employees/dealers engage, enjoy their time and get to know our people and our brand.
- Manage issues that arise before, during and after event.
- Run debrief meeting with stakeholders and produce event reporting after every event.
- Analyze feedback, leads, and data to measure event success and ROI with a goal for improving engagement and attendance year over year.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, MailChimp, LinkSquares, Salesforce, etc.)
- Support Dealers in their Regional Trade Shows with swag, gear or marketing materials requested.
- Manage vendor relations, venue bookings, catering, hotels, apparel, gifts and supplies.
- Ensure smooth attendee registration and check-in processes.
- Own each event checklist and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. This includes ordering apparel and swag for shows.
- Create the atmosphere conducive to magnetically drawing in potential customers and making our team energetic and proud to represent our brand.
- Build relationships within the industry and community to strengthen brand awareness.
- Must contribute a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Attention to detail and carrying brand identity through everything we do.
- Keep our team organized and informed ahead of time for each event.
- Understand and comply with internal contract and purchasing policies and stay ahead of each project.
- Learn about the equipment SANY sells in order to speak intelligently about our products.
- Support with lunches, welcome screen, collecting legal waivers for SANY Digs events, etc.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3 - 5 + years of experience in marketing and/or managing events.
- Proven ability to organize and execute large-scale events that draw diverse, international audiences, ranging from a few dozen attendees to more than 100,000 attendees.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects/events with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Resilience, calm and agility when under pressure.
- Ability to adhere to a predefined budget.

- 25% travel is required. The person in this role is expected to be at almost every event.
