Key job responsibilities Within Content Publishing Operations is the First-party Publishing team who is responsible for the end-to-end content operations of Amazon's in-house studios, such as Amazon MGM Studios, MGM+, and Freevee. This team manages short-term deliverables like launching titles on time and defect-free, as well as long-term improvements like global standardization of the content pipeline. The team collaborates with Global Marketing, Post Production, and Delivery to enhance customer experience, performance management, and digital supply chain efficiency. We are searching for a Senior Digital Supply Chain Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with senior leaders in cross-functional product, technical, and studio operations teams to drive adoption of newly launched products within our in-house studios. This includes advising product and technical teams on specifications and business requirements, creating and executing partner communication plans, leading change management across multiple organizations, and delivering against adoption goals being tracked at the VP level or above. This role demands a high capacity to Earn Trust, Have Backbone; Disagree & Commit, Invent & Simplify, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers. A day in the life Advise product and technical teams on specifications and business requirements for new products by championing the needs of your customers. Define and execute communication strategies for new product launches. Lead change management of installing new processes and ways of working within our in-house studios. Measure and report out to senior leaders adoption rates of new product launches, pivoting strategies where required to deliver against goal. Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with Prime Video Catalog technology teams, engineers, Studio Productions, Analytics, Product, and Video Content Services. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, Business Development, or a related field 5+ years of experience writing memos, documents, or status reports that were reviewed by Senior Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines and achieve VP-level goals Ability to influence internal and external senior level stakeholders without authority Preferred Qualifications Experience in Supply Chain, Operational Management, or Program Management within large global organizations Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations counterparts to deliver results and exceed VP-level goals Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development and adoption Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required Be self-driven and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
