Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will assist the Center for Integrative and Experiential Learning (CIEL) implement its marketing plan for the 2023-2024 academic year by developing a variety of marketing materials and an annual impact report for Graduation with Leadership Distinction and other CIEL initiatives.

  • Design, create, and edit CIEL's yearly annual impact report, Distinction, highlighting CIEL accomplishments
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews for publication content
  • Write for a variety of projects: invitations, highlights, full-feature articles
  • Create marketing materials including flyers, invitations, programs, and digital displays for CIEL events and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be an undergraduate student in a related program. Preference given to juniors and seniors.
  • Committed to entire 2023 - 2024 academic year: fall and spring semesters, except for university breaks
  • Committed to work a minimum of 10 regularly scheduled hours per week. Additional hours up to 15 hours per week as needed can be discussed and agreed upon hire.
