As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (WW Sales BPR) group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, innovate the way we manage and support one of the largest channel operation in the world, among many other exciting goals or. These solutions can be new technical capabilities, or transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. You will be delivering key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.Description- In this role, you will work closely with Field marketing teams to become trusted expert in their Pardot (Account Engagement) implementation and marketing automation processes. Establish credibility by listening, understanding needs, and quickly providing Pardot options. Effectively lead discussions by asking probing questions to get to core requirements vs taking at face value.
- Understand marketing strategy and roadmap future Pardot state through facilitating planning workshops. This involves working with partners across the organization.
- Focus on recommending Pardot process optimizations based on current state analysis, user experience observations, industry trends, and leading practices like Agile to challenge status quo.
- Be an inspiring leader on Pardot solution design and project execution. Think strategically while being comfortable with Pardot configuration details and deliverables.
- Propose Pardot solutions beyond what's requested, designing for scale, flexibility, and maintainability. Partner with marketing leadership to craft business cases and budgeting for Pardot initiatives.
- Configure Pardot business units, user profiles, permissions optimally. Plan and analyze integrated Pardot campaigns adjusted based on performance. Maintain view of ongoing marketing campaigns and manage reporting/analytics.
- Set up clear, measurable success criteria for Pardot projects. Then drive ongoing tracking against those metrics through scope of deliverables.
- Adopt standardized development processes for all Pardot initiatives - from mobilization to scoping, requirements, documentation, design, testing, and launch.
- Support key marketing processes, promoting Pardot data integrity, governance, and compliance. Be the expert in configuring Pardot to bridge gaps between out-of-the-box and marketing needs.
- Design Pardot reports, dashboards, and alerts that deliver marketing insights. Run user testing and ensure adoption by securing acceptance sign-offs.
- Prepare key customers for change and drive Pardot user adoption by ensuring a change management plan from the beginning. Guide users to become excited to take on adjustments to process and technology.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
