Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead our social media and content strategy and execution across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and copywriting with a passion for health and wellness. This role is crucial for supporting the US sales and marketing strategy through compelling campaigns and informative content that resonates with our Brand Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies for our Instagram, Facebook, Blog, and Pinterest accounts to increase engagement, sales, brand voice, and follower growth. Monitor trends, create content calendars, and manage daily interactions.

Content Creation: A dynamic and trend-savvy content creator with a deep understanding of viral social media trends, capable of leveraging current digital movements to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and amplifies brand visibility. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and addresses the interests and needs of our audience.

Copywriting & Editing: Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Maintain a consistent tone and style that reflects our brand values.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the US and Global marketing team to develop and implement social media and content strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Health & Wellness Focus: Leverage your knowledge of health and wellness to create content that educates and inspires our audience. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant information into our content.

Community Engagement: Foster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Encourage user-generated content and manage influencer partnerships.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute content-driven campaigns that align with US product launches, promotions, and seasonal events. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and feedback.

Qualifications:

Skills: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and content management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.

Personal Attributes: Innovative and creative thinker with a passion for health and wellness. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with influencers or managing influencer campaigns is a plus.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or social media management.
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet the requirements of the role.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This job may have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.

Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee's manager.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
