What will your typical day look like?

As the Creative Excellence Lead, you will ensure our studio delivery leads are motivated and equipped to consistently produce high quality, brand compliant design deliverables that save practitioners time.

In this role you will be responsible for building and owning delivery structures within the studios and using analysis and quantitative methods to measure productivity and excellence across our studios and team.

  • Inform and evolve service offerings to meet practitioner needs, including adopting new innovative technologies into the design process.
  • Responsible for refining and streamlining related design and delivery processes.
  • Develop strategies and a long-term roadmap to drive creative excellence
  • Lead global initiatives to implement strategic changes, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and manage change within the design function
  • Collaborate with leaders and peers to gain support and drive cross-functional adoption of design excellence initiatives
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may hinder the team's ability to achieve goals
  • Drive productivity analysis, identify efficiencies, and automate production and workflows to optimize the creative process and output
  • Develop and lead programs that enhance the employee experience and elevate creative output, effectively serving customers


About the team

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience as a creative lead, excellence lead, or director at an agency or creative services organization
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to leverage advanced features and functionalities of these software tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and deliver high-quality outputs
  • Strong understanding of corporate brand values and guidelines
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and resource management, to effectively manage and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Design process automation, designer training and development
  • Leadership experience effectively managing teams and driving results under pressure

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
