Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communications: Being part of the global communications teams, supporting the positioning of the organization and its products/services across internal and external media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global communications strategies.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the other colleagues in the global communications team to set the agenda for key communication initiatives and execute them across the Americas.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, multimedia content (texts, images, video, animations) for a variety of channels, ensuring messaging is tailored to the appropriate audience.
  • Media Relations: Serve as the primary contact for North American media, managing press releases, handling media inquiries, organizing interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Sustainability Communications: Collaborate with the Sustainability team to create and promote communication programs that highlight the company's sustainability initiatives.
  • Branding Support: Be the first point of contact for all brand related questions in the Americas and support the global branding team in all branding activities
  • Executive & HR Support: Provide communications support to the FNST Management and HR teams, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational goals and resonates with employees.
  • Consulting & Strategy: Advise other departments on developing and implementing their communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall communication goals.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. In lieu of an advanced degree, five years of relevant professional experience will be considered.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in a communications-related role, preferably within an industry-relevant context.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong proficiency in IT tools, social media platforms, and multimedia content creation.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a professional level is required; knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications and training in communications, digital marketing, or related areas are advantageous.
  • International Working Experience preferred
