Soft skills /Experience:
- A lead with min 5-8years of customer facing experience.( most important for a seed role)
- Should be able to collaborate and co-ordinate with multiple internal teams to present and resolve issues. (Cross functional)
- Should be able to quickly understand the client system architect( data architecture) and suggest changes/improvements.
- Able to contribute towards creating case studies, RFP's and engage in Value added services( Automation, Macros, Data automation)
- Knowledge of Automation tools ( Ex Uipath or RPA) would be an added advantage.
Testing:
- Testing experience ( min 10-12years) with good Knowledge of Test lifecycle, defect management and UAT.
- Proven track record in creating Test, Data , & UAT strategy/plans.
- Able to write test scenarios and test cases from Business requirements and data mapping sheets to enable migrations, integrations and transformations.(any ETL tool must have)
- Perform RCA's, build analytics dashboard and monitor trends.( QE testing mindset)
- Good Knowledge of QET and Automation tools ( any)
- Played SDET roles in previous engagements ( Will be an advantage)
Data testing:( Min 10 year's experience )
- Hands on Strong SQL(Very comfortable with complex queries)
- Hands on Data Migration testing experience.
- Hands on Debugging and troubleshooting data errors or mismatch ( Any tool)
- Hands on experience in identifying data discrepancies by comparing data sets of different formats.
