Your New Role

The Manager, Originals Marketing will develop 360 creative marketing campaigns that reach a global audience for HBO and Max comedy series, films, animation, and stand-up specials. In this role, the Manager will oversee marketing shoots, develop key art and out-of-home, produce digital display and audio ads, create social campaigns and extra content and supervise community management. The Manager will serve as a key stakeholder in the development A/V, activations, partnerships, podcasts and merchandise. From initial concepting to creative execution, the Creative Manager will collaborate with external agencies and internal partners to develop culture-defining creative. They will ensure all global creative aligns with the campaign strategy and goals, is tonally consistent across all consumer touchpoints, taps into innovation and experimentation, and delivers premium, engaging content for consumers. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Creative, Originals Marketing.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Develop best-in-class creative marketing materials for HBO & Max Originals campaigns from inception through delivery to achieve business objectives.
• Curate creative briefs and manage day-to-day communication with external agencies in the development of key art, out-of-home, digital, social, and community management.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy, A/V, Brand, Publicity, Product Marketing, Media, Research, Legal, Business Affairs, Post Production, Operations, and more.
• Supervise 360 marketing shoots with on-screen talent, including all creative capture for global stakeholders.
• Produce social capture on-set, at junkets, on red carpets, at activations that will serve the creative, social, editorial, publicity, and brand campaigns.
• Manage the execution of all creative for paid media campaigns. • Contribute to a team culture that breaks the mold, fueled by innovation and creativity in a fast-paced environment, with positive and transparent collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience
• 6+ years of creative marketing experience at a studio, streamer, or creative agency.
• Demonstrate creative excellence and premium quality content creation.
• Experience in print, A/V, and social including best practices and unique creative opportunities across platforms.
• Possess strong communication skills and a high level of collaboration.
• Must have experience creating visual presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. Nice-to-have experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Well-versed in the current entertainment landscape, competitive creative campaigns, and consumer trends.
• A sincere love for scripted comedies, streaming entertainment, and storytelling.
• Must be willing to work in-office in Culver City 3+ days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $80,500.00 - $149,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
