Position Overview

The Marketing Manager leads the marketing department and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding, advertising, and digital initiatives, to attract and retain customers in both existing and new markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the marketing team, with oversight of graphic design and web development.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and branding strategies.
  • Plan and implement advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Implement effective tracking and measurement systems to monitor marketing performance and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee market research activities to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Adjust marketing strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing activity reports, including analysis of key metrics and ROI, and present findings to executive management.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image across all marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and public relations efforts.
  • Create and develop marketing content, including newsletters, articles, and advertising materials
  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade show strategies, including booth design, staffing, and promotional materials.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned, such as market research, customer analysis, and event planning.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience writing compelling marketing copy, including advertising, press releases, and social media content.
