Architect / Designer

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect / Designer to join our team in Elmhurst, IL 60126. As a Landscape Architect / Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable landscape designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement irrigation systems
2. Create stunning hardscapes
3. Produce detailed landscape designs using Lumion and SketchUp
4. Develop construction documentation
5. Collaborate with owners on design projects
6. Oversee installation processes
7. Estimate project costs accurately
8. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD for design work
9. Write specifications and manage budgets
10. Lead project management efforts
11. Create schedules and adhere to deadlines
12. Ensure compliance with engineering regulation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong background in landscape architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized
