This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It’s Like
Our Brand Marketing team is dedicated to crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility and drive engagement with our audience. We work collaboratively with design, content, and event teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns across various channels, including social media, events, and digital platforms. By aligning with internal departments and external partners, we ensure brand consistency and deliver memorable experiences that resonate with our customers. What You'll Do
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be actively involved in competitive analysis, project management, and tactical execution to support our brand initiatives. You’ll assist in crafting and monitoring marketing materials, working alongside design agencies and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. With tasks like reporting analysis and social media strategy support, you’ll gain hands-on experience in measuring campaign efficiency and optimizing digital outreach.
Your contributions will directly impact our team’s ability to stay ahead of market trends, create compelling customer experiences, and elevate our brand presence. Through collaboration with internal departments and external agencies, you’ll sharpen your communication skills and develop a well-rounded understanding of the marketing landscape. A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail will help you manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring your projects meet deadlines and add real value to our marketing goals
Key Responsibilities
Conducts customer research to engage with Sales to drive entries for The Unconventional Awards.
Utilize various tools to execute marketing tactics and facilitate entries/judging.
Direct contact with Customer UCA winners to ensure attendance and participation at the annual event.
Documents program debrief and after-action review to drive improvement for future programs.
Documents Storytelling Process across TFB Marketing to support the Marketing Manager’s overall program management.
Manages projects related to customer storytelling.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed including Product Marketing, Campaigns and Brand Promotion

Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
