Position Overview:

DBH is looking for a dedicated Account Executive, Partnership Marketing to generate revenue for our portfolio offerings. The candidate will report to the Director, Partnership Marketing and work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing Teams to fulfill & execute integrated marketing partnerships for multiple clients across the across National (part of MiLB scope) & DBH O&O partnerships (+16-30 incremental clubs). This individual should excel at working both independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. They also must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Execution & fulfillment of ALL assigned DBH National Partnerships
  • Executes processes/procedures to monitor, review and report on all partnership activity and results
  • Apply strategic insights and research to marketing and execution plans
  • Assists as a liaison with brand partners and DBH clubs on assigned clients and new business opportunities.
  • Assists in communication with DBH Clubs, agencies and internal leadership to develop plans or solutions (as needed) for partners
  • Serving as a resource within DBH Partnership team
  • Point of contact for day-to-day client contacts and agency teams
  • Development of best practices & case studies across multiple DBH clubs
  • Develop and maintain brand partnerships by exceeding and managing the expectations of all contractual elements, while also providing opportunities to enhance the partnership
  • Completes reports related to partnership fulfillment, ensuring delivery on all partnership assets
  • Work to foster positive employee relations and teamwork by:
  • Communicating effectively with all operating units
  • Participating in internal training and development programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of agency, brand, or Sport Industry based Sponsorship Management/Activation experience
  • Experience in sports or entertainment industry is preferred
  • Client-facing experience managing day-to-day relationships with partners, agency(s) and vendors preferred is preferred
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines is a must
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, process driven, and solutions oriented
  • Motivated, proactive, and take-charge attitude
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices and new and emerging media marketing efforts
  • A readiness to field calls/emails during non-traditional work hours
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in applicable field
